Question  : Is it safe to use my credit card?

Answer     : Yes, Our site is a Secure site and use PayPal Pro that has specialized encryption to scramble information that is received or transmitted. Your information is perfectly safe.

Question   : How will I know  my order has been shipped?

Answer      :  We will e-mail you and provide you with tracking numbers.

Question :  Where do I send returns?

Answer  :   Package will be clearly marked. Return product to address it was shipped from.

In the event the address is damaged , please e-mail or call and we will give you the address.

Question  : How do I know what size to order

Answer     : Go to Bullet Proof Shop Home page and Click on Measurment and sizes. There is a detailed measurement chart  on that page.

Question  : How log will my order take to get to me?

Answer    :  Item is normally dispatched within 48 hours and  takes 4-7 business days for to receive your item.

Question : Who makes the Armored Cars?

Answer: Bullet Proof Shop has teamed up and is a Direct Distributor with the Armored Group which has (8) Manufacturing facilities worldwide. From Armored cars,Trucks, CIT (Cash in Transit)  Trucks and vehicles, SWAT Trucks, Coin Haulers, Executive High Line cars and Sport Utilities. This company has been in business since the early 90's and continues to be a leader in the industry of Premier Armored vehicles.

Question: Do Armored vehicles come with a warranty.?

Answer: Yes , they come with a 12 month 24,000 kilometer Warranty against workmanship from The Armored Group on work performed by TAG. We do not warranty the vehicle itself as we are not the manufacture of the vehicle. It is common knowledge that when you alter a vehicle from it's original form and add or take away anything from the vehicle  that came with the vehicle when it was new. You void the warranty.

Example: This is no difference  then someone changing the suspension or adding a chip to the engine to a regular everyday car or truck.  If brought in for service complaining of a problem with steering or tires or handling or engine issues  and they find out you have changed the suspension or added a chip for better performance.  Your warranty is void.
