Shipping Terms - All orders will be shipped normally within 24-48 hours.Unless Special order.

Shipping Carriers -Express Mail Services

Delivery Time - 4-7 Business days normally, plan on 8-12 business days on smaller tactical items.( shipped from Israel ) Night Vision products will be 4-7 business days.

Deliveries - Signature receipt is required on all deliveries. We will also ship to your business or work place to insure receipt of your order.

We can not ship to APO boxes or P.O. Boxes.

Customers are responsible for customs fee's. In the event of  your product order is siezed or held up in customs, a refund will not be issued until product is returned in new condition with all accessories that were purchased with the original order.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct. We can not be held responsible for product orders going to the wrong address due to information being entered in incorrectly.

Returns

Returns are not a problem. If you are unsatisfied, you may return the item in the original condition with all accessories for a full refund or exchange it for another size. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

When product is returned, you will be notified. Your return will be issued immediatly to the original credit card or paypal account less restocking fee of $40.00. There is no charge to exchange vest for different size.

All Bullet Proof Vest and Body Armor come with a 5 year warrenty on the armor and 1 year on the cover from purchase date.

Returns on Night Vision Range finders

Contact us either by phone or e-mail and we will gladly solve any issues with returns.

Most Night Vision Equipment come with 1 year warrenty from purchase date.

ATN Returns will follow guide lines set by the Manufacture at ATN Corp.

Centurion Vest , CRU Guardian , and Kanga Pants will be shipped normally with in 14 days unless a special order has been placed.  Due to special material being used , shipping times may vary. We will try to deliver your order as fast as possible. Returns must be in original shape and condition and Distributor will check with Manufacture about restocking fee .

Shipping Deadlines

Orders will ship out within 24 hours. 

Carriers

Moteng ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.

Freight Costs

Moteng will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.

Moteng offers a "Bill to Third Party" option for UPS, FEDEX and DHL services only. Parcels can be shipped and the shipping charges will be billed directly to the customer's account. All address correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the customer's account.

Parcel Insurance

Moteng will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, Moteng has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.

International Shipments

Please note that certain products distributed by Moteng are not available for export. Check with your sales representative for details.

RETURN POLICY FOR MOTENG PRODUCTS

Moteng customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Moteng. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Moteng will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call

Moteng will not be obligated to accept any returns of product  excluding returns of defective product or miss-shipments. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees

Non-defective merchandise returned to Moteng for any reason other than a miss-shipment of product will be subject to a  restocking fee of 20%.  Product must have a RA# and be received by us in original condition and packaging and within 15 days of our shipping date, or it will not be accepted for return.
